ALIOR BANK SA (39/2025) Potwierdzenie ocen ratingowych oraz zmiana perspektywy ratingowej Alior Banku S.A. przez agencję ratingową Fitch Ratings Ltd.

Zarząd Alior Banku S.A. ("Bank") informuje, iż w dniu 14 października 2025 r. agencja ratingowa Fitch Ratings Ltd. ("Fitch", "Agencja") poinformowała Bank o potwierdzeniu długoterminowych i krótkoterminowych ocen ratingowych Banku na dotychczasowym poziomie oraz o zmianie perspektywy ratingowej Banku ze "Stabilnej" na "Pozytywną".

Pełna lista ratingów nadanych przez Agencję prezentuje się następująco:

1. Rating długoterminowy podmiotu (Long-Term IDR): 'BB+', perspektywa pozytywna

2. Rating krótkoterminowy podmiotu (Short-Term IDR): 'B'

3. Długoterminowy rating krajowy (National Long-Term Rating): 'A-(pol)', perspektywa pozytywna

4. Krótkoterminowy rating krajowy (Short-Term National Rating): 'F1(pol)'

5. Viability Rating (VR): 'bb+'

6. Rating wsparcia rządowego: 'ns'

W uzasadnieniu decyzji Agencja podała, że zmiana perspektywy ratingowej Banku ze "Stabilnej" na "Pozytywną" odzwierciedla ciągły postęp w równoważeniu struktury biznesowej Banku oraz aktywne redukowanie problemów o charakterze historycznym, związanych z jakością portfela kredytowego, co skutkuje pozytywnymi zmianami w profilu ryzyka Banku.

Affirmation of the ratings and a revision of the outlook of Alior Bank

S.A. by the rating agency Fitch Ratings Ltd.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on

October 14, 2025, the rating agency Fitch Ratings Ltd. ("Fitch",

"Agency") informed the Bank that it has affirmed the long-term and

short-term ratings of the Bank at the current level and revised the

outlook for the Bank from "Stable" to "Positive".

The full list of ratings assigned by the Agency is as follows:

1. Long-Term IDR: 'BB+', positive outlook

2. Short-Term IDR: 'B'

3. National Long-Term Rating: 'A-(pol)', positive outlook

4. National Short-Term Rating: 'F1(pol)'

5. Viability Rating: 'bb+'

6. Government Support Rating: 'ns'

In its rationale, the Agency stated that the revision of the Bank's

outlook from "Stable" to "Positive" reflects continuing progress in

rebalancing the Bank's business mix and addressing legacy issues

resulting in positive changes in its risk profile.
