Allegro e-commerce to have new CEO from May 5; Marcin Kusmierz to replace Roy Perticucci

Marcin Kusmierz will succeed Roy Perticucci as CEO of listed e-commerce platform Allegro on May 5, 2025, and will be appointed as CEO of Allegro.eu from the date of general meeting of shareholders in June, the company announced in a market filing.


Marcin Kusmierz is a manager, entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of professional experience in technology, e-commerce, fintech and AI. He started his career by founding a regional hosting company, which was sold to home.pl. He then joined the ITI Group as director of research and development and director of mobile services

In 2007, he joined home.pl in the role of CEO and then shareholder, before selling it to the European industry leader, IONOS. After the change of ownership, he remained as CEO and was responsible for managing emerging markets and a large portfolio of SME applications. In 2021, he became CEO of listed web development software company Shoper.
