The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs that
on 12 December 2024 it received transaction notifications (the
"Notifications"), sent by Roy Perticucci - Executive Director of the
Company, Group Chief Executive Officer, and the president of the
management board of Allegro sp. z o.o. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Company), according to Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market
abuse (MAR).
The Notification has been attached to this report.
