Arctic Paper to acquire 10 million new shares in its subsidiary Rottneros AB

Listed packaging manufacturer Arctic Paper will acquire 10 million new shares in its subsidiary Rottneros AB as part of a subscription for new shares without preferential rights, Arctic Paper announced in a market filing.


Prior to the transaction, the company held 78,230,883 shares in Rottneros, representing 51.27 percent of the share capital and 51.27 percent of the total number of votes in Rottneros.

As stated, after the transaction and the full exercise of its preferential subscription rights related to the Rottneros shares it already held, the company holds a total of 146,904,045 Rottneros shares, representing 55.02 percent of the share capital and 55.02 percent of the total number of votes in Rottneros.
