The Management Board of Ark Royal SA reports, that it has created a new business line focused on technology consulting, based on the professional experience and business network in the field of Artificial Intelligence development and the business strategy of the AI projects.

On October 24, 2019, Ark Royal SA concluded a contract with the first partner in the Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence industry.

The London-based United Dots Ltd. has requested management assistance in the following tasks:

- consulting on the methods of building up the AI development market of the United Dots Ltd.,

- consulting on introducing the AI development business,

- consulting on business strategy of AI business.

The contract will be implemented in November and December 2019. Expected revenues of EUR 46,000 will cover the Company's operating costs by the end of the year.
