Arlen protective clothing to sell approx. PLN 294 mln in shares in public offering
Arlen, a leading Polish producer of protective clothing for uniformed services, will sell 6.6 million shares under its public offering, representing 29.8 percent of the share capital, the group said in a press release. The offer may be increased by no more than 1.14 million shares; the maximum price has been set at PLN 38 (EUR 8.90), which means that the potential value of the offer may amount to approximately PLN 294 million (EUR 68.8 mln), assuming that the issuer exercises the option to increase the offer,
The shareholder offering the shares is A.T. Fundacja Rodzinna, controlled by the founder and CEO of Arlen Andrzej Tabaczynski.
Subscriptions in the retail investor tranche will be conducted between June 4 and 11. In this tranche, investors will submit subscriptions at the maximum price. The selling shareholder intends to offer approximately 10-20 percent of the offered shares in the retail investor tranche.
The book-building process among institutional investors will be conducted between June 4 and 12, 2025.
The expected date of the debut on the WSE is June 24.
