Asseco SEE posts PLN 55.2 mln net profit in Q3 2025, in line with market expectations

Listed Asseco IT group's unit Asseco South Eastern Europe posted a PLN 55.2 million (EUR 13 mln) attributable net profit in the third quarter of 2025, in line with the PAP Biznes consensus, the company's financial report has shown. However, revenues, operating profit and EBITDA turned out lower than expected which the company attributes to the impact of one-off events.


In the third quarter of 2025, the Asseco SEE group generated sales revenues of PLN 437.2 million (EUR 103.2 mln), which represents a year-on-year decline of 2 percent.

Gross profit on sales fell by 8 percent year on year to PLN 106.5 million (EUR 25.14 mln), while net profit on sales fell by 23 percent to PLN 49 million (EUR 11.6 mln).

Operating profit reached PLN 46.3 million (EUR 10.9 mln), down 28 percent year on year. EBITDA for the third quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 80.9 million (EUR 19.1 mln), a decrease of 9 percent year on year.

According to the company, the group's financial results for the third quarter of 2025 were significantly affected by one-off, non-cash accounting events related to the operations of subsidiaries in India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The total impact of these events reduced revenues by EUR 4.1 million, operating profit by EUR 7.5 million and net profit by EUR 4.6 million. The one-off transactions weighed on the results of the Payment Solutions segment.
