Auto Partner's goal is further expansion abroad, says management

Listed car parts distributor Auto Partner's goal is further expansion abroad, but also development on the domestic market, the company representatives told a results conference. They added that it is possible to accelerate revenue growth in 2025.

Deputy CEO Piotr Janta said that foreign markets are a definite target for the company.

"What is certainly our goal for the future, is to further strengthen foreign expansion, well, because here we definitely have a bigger market ahead of us, definitely bigger prospects. As of today, it is more than PLN 2 billion in revenues per year," he reported.

"This does not mean that we are not growing in the domestic market, because we definitely are. These sales are also growing and where we see some opportunities, new branches will certainly be opened there," the deputy CEO Andrzej Manowski added.

Deputy CEO Janta said that Auto Parter is looking positively at 2025.

"Nevertheless, some things are beyond our control. If in the first quarter, we continued to struggle with the situation regarding the zloty as it was in 2024, now we see a kind of breakout," he said.

"It seems that these arguments for a strengthening of the zloty are rather lacking, and there are some in the other direction, so this could be positive for us. However, we do not want to speculate," Janta added.

The company said it plans to open more branches, but in locations that it has on its radar.

"If we do open branches, it will be very selective. In a few locations that we still have on our radar, but we no longer assume such a rigid target that it has to be five or ten. We see a lot of potential to develop those branches that we have and even to consolidate those branches that are in close proximity to each other," Janta explained.

Deputy CEO Janta reported that there is potential for accelerated revenue growth in 2025 if, among other things, suppliers do not cut prices.
