Millennium S.A.
The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] informs that
today Ms. Beata Stelmach, Member of the Bank's Supervisory Board, in
connection with her appointment to the position of the President of the
Management Board of another entity, resigned from the position of a
Member of the Bank's Supervisory Board with effect from 31 January 2025.
Legal basis: § 5 point 4] of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance
on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities
and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the
laws of a non-member state.
