Benefit Invest 1 Company has sold 13.85 per cent of listed employee benefit schemes provider Benefit Systems shares at a price of PLN 3,000 (EUR 706.8) apiece as part of an accelerated book building, Benefit Systems said in a market filing. Benefit Invest 1 Company thus no longer holds any shares in the company.
On Wednesday, the company announced that shareholder Benefit Invest 1 Company wants to sell approximately 7.94 percent of Benefit Systems' shares in ABB.
As stated, due to strong demand from Polish and foreign investors, the number of shares to be sold ultimately offered to investors was increased from approximately 260,000 to 453,691 (this is from approximately 7.94 percent to 13.85 percent of the shares in the Company's share capital and the total number of votes in the company), which at the same time represents all the shares in the company held by Benefit Invest 1 Company before the commencement of ABB.
Santander Bank Polska - Santander Brokerage together with Banco Santander acted as exclusive global coordinator and book runner in relation to ABB.
At the close of Wednesday's session, one Benefit Systems share was priced at PLN 3,460.(EUR 815.8)
