Bloober Team gaming enters into distribution agreement for Chinese market

Listed video games developer Bloober Team has entered into an agreement with Sapphire Entertainment (HK) Co., Limited for the distribution and marketing support of the digital version of the game ‘Cronos: The New Dawn’ on PC platforms, including the Steam distribution platform, in mainland China, the company said in a market filing.


Under the agreement, Bloober Team grants Sapphire a licence to the extent necessary to distribute the digital version of the game.

The agreement was concluded for a period of two years with the possibility of extension. The company is entitled to a share of Sapphire's total revenue from the distribution of games.
