BNP Paribas BP bank to pay PLN 7.86 dividend per share

Listed bank BNP Paribas BP's shareholders decided to allocate PLN 1.16 billion (EUR 271.1 mln) from the PLN 2.32 billion (EUR 541.2 mln) net profit for 2024 for the payment of dividends, which would give a dividend of PLN 7.86 (EUR 1.83) per share, the bank said in a market filing.


"The ordinary general meeting of the bank on April 15, 2025 adopted a resolution on the dividend payout from the net profit earned in 2024. Based on this resolution, the Bank will pay out dividend in the amount of PLN 1,162,340,659.26, that is PLN 7.86 per share," BNP Paribas' management board wrote in the market filing.

"The dividend covers all shares issued by the Bank, i.e. 147,880,491 shares," it added.

The dividend day was set for April 22, 2025, and the dividend payment date was set for May 9, 2025.
