BOS Bank lender secures issue of five-year unsecured bonds of Play worth PLN 45 mln

Listed lender BOS has taken up an issue of five-year unsecured bonds of the Play mobile network operator worth PLN 45 million (EUR 10.9 mln). The funds from the issue will be used to finance and refinancing of investments in line with its sustainable development policy, the bank said in a press release.


"I am convinced that financing in the form of taking up bonds is an excellent way to support companies that need capital to grow and offer better and better services and opportunities for their customers. This type of instrument can be used not only by large companies, but also by smaller entities," said CEO Bartosz Kublik, quoted in the release.
