BOS lender plans PLN 350 mln bond issue

Listed lender BOS plans to issue bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 350 million (EUR 81.7 mln), the company announced in a market filing.


The bonds will be issued no later than July 31, 2025, provided that an entry is made in the Polish national court registry (KRS) regarding the possibility of issuing the bonds in question.

The bonds will bear interest at a variable rate equal to the sum of the WIBOR rate for six-month deposits in PLN and a margin.

The bonds will be issued as part of the debt instrument issuance programme announced in 2022.
