Budimex builder decides to explore market interest in sale option of FBSerwis shares

Listed builder Budimex, without giving up other strategic options of FBSerwis Group, has decided to examine the market interest in the option to sell its shares, the company stated in a market filing.


The market filing also stated that the option to sell the shares at the current stage seems to be the most advantageous and allows the fastest examination of the actual interest of investors.

"The initiation of this process, as indicated above, does not imply the abandonment of the other strategic options," the market filing said.
