CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE (6/2025) CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE-Treść uchwał podjętych przez NWZ Spółki po przerwie | Contents of the resolutions passed by the Company's EGM after the break

Zarząd Spółki CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej Emitent, Spółka) przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych wraz z wynikami głosowania przez Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki, które kontynuowało obrady po przerwie w dniu 11 lutego 2025 r.

Ponadto Zarząd Spółki informuje, że w II części obrad NWZ nie odstąpiło od rozpatrywania żadnego z punktów planowanego porządku obrad, a do protokołu podczas obrad nie zgłoszono sprzeciwów oraz, że wśród podjętych uchwał znajduje się m.in. uchwała nr 6 w sprawie zmiany statutu Spółki i w sprawie przyjęcia nowego tekstu jednolitego statutu.

§ 4 ust. 2 pkt. 7 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter, the Issuer, the Company) submits as an attachment the contents of the resolutions adopted with the results of voting by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which continued its session after a break on February 11, 2025.

In addition, the Company's Board of Directors informs that during the second part of the EGM, no items on the planned agenda were waived, and no objections were made to the minutes during the meeting, and that among the resolutions passed is Resolution No. 6 on amending the Company's Articles of Association and adopting a new consolidated text of the Articles of Association.

§ 4 sec. 2 item. 7 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
