Compremum and PKP Intercity in mediation on settlement of concluded contracts

Listed construction materials Compremum and Poland's long-distance railway carrier PKP Intercity have entered mediation before the Arbitration Court of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Poland. The mediation concerns the settlement of contracts concluded by Compremum and Transtrain consortium with PKP Intercity in 2021, Compremum said in a market filing.

As stated, the subject of the mediation is the settlement of the agreements concluded by the Compremum and Transtrain consortium with PKP Intercity on September 10, 2021.
