Dekpol builder sells 173 flats in Q1 2025 vs from 115 in prior year period

Listed industrial and real estate developer Dekpol sold 173 flats in the first quarter of 2025, up from 115 in the prior year period, the developer said in a market filing, The group will recognise 124 units in its financial result for the first quarter of 2025, against 104 a year ago.


The company said that at the end of March, the total number of units offered for sale by the group amounted to 801.

The group's sales offer consists of development investments in the following locations: Warsaw (322, Gdansk and surroundings (247), Wyspa Sobieszewska and Mierzeja Wislana (232).
