Diagnostyka posts PLN 223 mln attributable net profit in 2024, in line with estimates

Listed medical diagnostic service provider Diagnostyka posted over PLN 223 million (EUR 52.1 mln) attributable net profit in 2024, as estimated, the company said in a report. The group is planning further acquisitions.


"This good result was primarily driven by dynamic organic growth of 20.7 percent, driven by both an increase in the volume of tests performed (14.8 percent) and an increase in the average price of tests sold (7.3 percent)," they wrote.

In turn, net profit increased by 78.4 percent year on year to PLN 232 million (EUR 54.2 mln) and net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company by 80.9 percent to over PLN 223 million (EUR 52.1 million).

The supervisory board gave a positive opinion on the management board's recommendation for the distribution of profit for 2024, including the allocation of PLN 111.7 million (EUR 27.3 mln) for the payment of dividends to shareholders, corresponding to a dividend of PLN 3.31 (EUR 0.77) per share.
