Diagnostyka's management board recommends dividend payment of PLN 3.31 per share

The management board of listed medical diagnostic service provider Diagnostyka recommends the payment of PLN 3.31 (EUR 0.79) dividend per share for 2024, i.e. a total of PLN 111.7 million (EUR 26.7 mln) for this purpose, the company announced in a press release.


The remaining part of the profit for 2024, in the amount of PLN 86.5 million (EUR 20.7 mln), the board recommends allocating to reserve capital.

As stated, the dividend payout ratio is 50.03 percent of the amount reported in the group's financial statements under ‘net profit attributable to Shareholders of the Parent Company’ according to the group's preliminary estimated results.
