Listed real estate developer Dom Development sold 1,183 apartments net in the third quarter of 2025, up by 2 percent year on year and by 18 percent on a quarterly basis, the group said in a market filing and a press release. 950 residential units were handed to customers in this period.
Net sales of 1,183 flats included 560 apartments sold in Warsaw, 258 in the Tri-City, 211 in Wroclaw and 154 in Cracow.
As reported, transactions co-financed with mortgages accounted for 55 percent of total sales.
The group handed over 950 units, up from 598 in the prior year period (a year-on-year increase of 59 percent), including 494 in Warsaw, 302 in the Tri-City, 56 in Wroclaw and 98 in Cracow.
Cumulatively, during the first nine months of 2025, the Dom Development group sold 3,216 net apartments against 3,110 in the first three quarters of 2024 (up by 3 percent year on year).
During the three quarters of 2025, the group handed over 2,545 flats to retail customers versus 2,235 in January-September 2024 (up by 14 percent year on year).
"We have just had the best quarter in our history, with record sales of 1,183 units. At the same time, this is the fifth consecutive quarter in which we have found buyers for at least 1,000 units (...)," said Dom Development's CEO Mikolaj Konopka, quoted in the press release.
He added that further interest rate cuts translate into an increase in customers' creditworthiness and their growing willingness to purchase flats with the support of bank financing.
"(...) In the fourth quarter, we have the potential to deliver a total of over 2,000 flats. Taking into account the stable construction costs, we expect very good results for the whole of 2025 and are optimistic about the future in 2026," said the group's deputy CEO Monika Dobosz.
