Echo Investment developer wants to pay interim dividend for 2025 at PLN 0.8 per share

Listed developer Echo Investment's management board has decided on a conditional interim payment of a dividend for the 2025 financial year in the amount of PLN 0.80 (EUR 0.19) per share, Echo announced in a market filing. The total amount allocated for the interim payment will be PLN 330.15 million (EUR 77.62 mln).


According to the market filing, the interim dividend payment consists of PLN 42 million (EUR 9.9 mln), which does not exceed half of the company's net profit achieved since the end of the previous financial year, and PLN 288.15 million (EUR 67.74 mln) from the reserve capital created for the purpose of dividend payments or interim payments towards dividends.

Echo's management board has proposed to pay the interim dividend on December 10. The proposed dividend date is December 3, 2025.

The interim payment will be made subject to the approval of the supervisory board.

Echo Investment allocated its entire profit for 2024 to reserve capital.
