Elektrotim SAElektrotim inks max. PLN 161.8 mln net deal with Poland's nuclear power SPV PEJ
Listed electrical systems group Elektrotim has signed a maximum of PLN 161.8 million (EUR 38 mln) net contract with Poland's 100-percent state-owned nuclear power SPV PEJ for the design and construction of a 110/15kV power station with power lines for Poland's first nuclear power plant, Elektrotim announced in a market filing.
The maximum value of the agreement consists of remuneration for the performance of the basic scope in the amount of PLN 9.8 million (EUR 2.3 mln) net and remuneration for the exercise of the option right in the total amount of PLN 152.05 million (EUR 35.7 mln) net.
The ordering party has the right to exercise the option right until October 15, 2025 (options with a total value of PLN 148.7 million or EUR 34.95 mln net) and until January 30, 2026 (options with a total value of PLN 3.4 million or EUR 799,000 net).
The basic works are slated to be completed in January 2027, and the deadline for the optional works has been set for May 2028.
