Elektrotim plans to publish its 2026-2030 strategy in Q4, says CEO

Listed electrical systems firm Elektrotim plans to publish its strategy for 2026-2030 in the fourth quarter of 2025, CEO Maciej Posadzy told a conference.


"We have started preliminary work on the development of the strategy for 2026-2030," the CEO announced.

Posadzy explained that the new strategy will be a five-year one, due to changes that have occurred in the contracts acquired by the company. Elektrotim's previous strategies were for three years.

"Today, we are acquiring contracts with higher values and the lead times are getting longer (...) most of the contracts are (assumed to be executed) over one year," he added.

CEO Posadzy pointed out that the intensification of work on the strategy is likely to take place at the beginning of May, and its publication is planned for the fourth quarter.
