Podstawa prawna: ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its Honourable Investors as follows:

According to the current situation of the lawsuit the Târgu Mures Tribunal may make a

judgement on 05/07/2019 in the repeated hearings of the lawsuit between E-Star Mures

Energy and the Municipality of Târgu Mures at first instance.

Considering the above, to ensure uniform information for investors, the Company ask for

Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. suspends exchange trading in the shares of the issuer ENEFI

Energyefficiency Plc. on July 05, 2019 until the end of the "Post Trading phase".

The Company hereby calls attention to the following: according to the previous experiences

of the Company the further delay of the case cannot be excluded and there is no guarantee that

a favourable decision will be made for Mures or in case of a favourable decision the claimed

amount will be judged for the Company.
