Enter Air inks approx. USD 99.2 mln charter agreement with Itaka Fly

Poland's largest private air carrier Enter Air's subsidiary, Enter Air sp. z. o. o, has signed a charter agreement with Itaka Fly, the unit of Poland's most popular travel agency Itaka, for the sale of seats on aircraft with crew for the Summer 2026 and Winter 2026/27 seasons, Enter Air said in press release. The estimated value of the agreement is USD 99.2 million.


The company explains that the total value of the services under the agreement cannot be determined precisely, and the final value of the agreement may differ from the estimates provided.

The press release added that the estimated value of the current agreement between Enter Air and Itaka Fly for cooperation in the Summer 2025 – Winter 2025/2026 season was USD 75.9 million.

The agreement is valid from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
