The expenditure of Poland's national road development fund RFRD in 2026 has been planned for a total amount of PLN 4.95 billion (EUR 1.15 bln), and inflows are seen at PLN 3.84 billion (EUR 896 mln), it was stated in the fund's 2026 financial plan.
For municipal tasks, the fund has planned PLN 2.7 billion (EUR 630 mln), for defence tasks PLN 1.16 billion (EUR 270.7 mln) and nearly PLN 1 billion (EUR 233.3 mln) for specialty road infrastructure.
Among the inflows, PLN 1.96 billion (EUR 457.4 mln) is to come from the Polish budget.
The fund's liabilities as at the date of preparation of the RFRD financial plan for 2026 are estimated at PLN 12.5 billion (EUR 2.9 bln).
The plan for 2025 provides for expenditures of PLN 5.2 billion (EUR 1.2 bln) and revenues of PLN 4.95 billion (EUR 1.15 bln), of which PLN 1.9 billion (EUR 443.4 mln) will come from the budget.
