Grupa Pracuj expects to maintain 45 pct adjusted EBITDA margin in coming quarters

"As for our expectations for the coming quarters, in terms of recruitment services, we expect a similar growth to what we are seeing at the moment. This is single-digit revenue growth (mid-single digits), i.e. around 4-6 percent; we are trying to ensure that the growth in Ukraine, which is visible, continues," CEO Gacek told the press conference.

Grupa Pracuj's report states that despite changes in the structure of published advertisements, namely the growing share of job offers in the Pink and Blue Collars categories, the average price of recruitment projects on Pracuj.pl in the first half of this year was 1.8 percent higher than last year.

The group assumes an increase of several percents in monthly recurring revenue in its SAS model, resulting from adapting its offer to the market situation, changing price lists at specific times for individual customers, and from the growing number of customers.

"We also expect to maintain a 45 percent adjusted EBITDA margin at the group level," CEO Gacek added.

Most of the Pracuj Group's revenue on the domestic market is generated by the Pracuj.pl website, where the number of recruitment projects published on the website in the first six months of 2025 increased by 1.5 percent year on year to 258,000.

The number of customers (employers) actively using Pracuj.pl services at the end of June 2025 reached a record level and exceeded 61,000 (up 3.3 percent year on year), of which nearly 40,000 are customers using recruitment services in the e-commerce channel (up 7 percent year on year).

The group also recorded an increase in the number of customers using the eRecruiter system – a recruitment management system in Poland. At the end of June 2025, it was actively used by 2,137 employers, 4.8 percent more than a year earlier, while the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) achieved by eRecruiter in June 2025 amounted to PLN 4.3 million (EUR 1 mln), which represents an increase of 11 percent year on year.

Grupa Pracuj posted a PLN 54.8 million (EUR 12.9 mln) net profit and an adjusted EBITDA of PLN 91.8 million (EUR 21.54 mln) in the second quarter of 2025, group's semi-annual report has shown. The PAP Biznes consensus had forecast an EBITDA of PLN 89.3 million (EUR 20.95 mln) and a net take of PLN 64.1 million (EUR 15 mln).

The adjusted EBITDA of Grupa Pracuj in the second quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 91.8 million (EUR 21.54 mln), up from PLN 89.5 million (EUR 21 mln) in the prior year period.

Net profit increased to PLN 54.8 million (EUR 12.9 mln) from PLN 41.2 million (EUR 9.7 mln) a year earlier. The profit turned out to be 14.5 percent below analysts' expectations, who had forecast that it would amount to PLN 64.1 million (EUR 15 mln).

Revenues reached PLN 204.4 million (EUR 48 mln) and were 0.2 percent higher than the market expectations and 5.6 percent higher on a year-on-year basis.

Reported EBITDA in the second quarter of 2025 amounted to approximately PLN 91.5 million (EUR 21.5 mln) and consolidated net profit to PLN 55.7 million (EUR 13.1 mln).

Cumulatively, in the entire first half of 2025, Grupa Pracuj's revenues reached PLN 409.3 million (EUR 96 mln), net profit amounted to PLN 119.5 million (EUR 28 mln) and adjusted EBITDA - to PLN 188.5 million (EUR 44.2 mln).
