Grupa Pracuj SAGrupa Pracuj expects single-digit growth in recruitment revenues
Listed HR group Grupa Pracuj expects single-digit revenue growth in its recruitment platforms in the coming quarters, while its SaaS segment is expected to see mid-teens percentage growth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR), company representatives told a conference.
"We expect a stable single-digit growth in recruitment revenues, driven by a balanced increase in volumes and price optimisation. We plan price adjustments in the white-collar segment, though the mix is shifting as pink- and blue-collar postings grow," CEO Przemyslaw Gacek told a videoconference.
In the first nine months of 2025, the number of recruitment projects posted on Pracuj .pl rose 1.4 percent year on year to 387,000, with the average project price up 1.9 percent year on year.
In HR software, monthly recurring revenues rose 14.1 percent year on year to PLN 13.57 million (EUR 2.9 mln) at the end of September.
"In SaaS, we expect mid-teen MRR growth, supported by new pricing and a growing client base," Gacek added.
Reported EBITDA for the third quarter of 2025 amounted to approximately PLN 92.9 million (EUR 22 mln), and consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 65.6 million (EUR 15.5 mln).
Cumulatively, after three quarters of 2025, revenues amounted to PLN 614.2 million (EUR 145.5 mln), net profit amounted to PLN 184.2 million (EUR 43.6 mln), and adjusted EBITDA amounted to PLN 285.8 million (EUR 67.7 mln).
"All of the Pracuj Group's businesses continue to grow despite the slowdown in the recruitment market. This is the result of a consistently implemented strategy. Scalable e-commerce tools and self-service solutions, supported by intelligent pricing models, enable us to reach an increasingly wider group of customers, expanding our market reach," said CEO Przemyslaw Gacek, quoted in a press release.
"Pracuj .pl is already actively used by 61,500 employers," he added.
The Pracuj Group's revenues from the Polish market in the third quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 142.6 million (EUR 33.8 mln) (up 4.9 percent year on year), and cumulatively from the beginning of the year to the end of September reached PLN 432.4 million (EUR 102.4 mln) (up 5.3 percent year on year).
The number of employers actively using the Pracuj .pl website at the end of September 2025 reached a record level of 61,500 (up 3 percent year on year), of which two-thirds are customers using recruitment services in the e-commerce channel.
According to Rafal Nachyna, member of the management board and chief operating officer, in the first nine months of 2025, the e-commerce channel accounted for approximately 17 percent of Pracuj .pl's sales value, while advertisements whose prices were set in real time with the support of AI accounted for approximately PLN 13 million (EUR 3.1 mln) in sales.
"The AI-based solutions implemented by Pracuj .pl also support employers in creating more tailored advertisements and reaching candidates more effectively," the company wrote.
"Approximately 10 percent of the advertisements published on the website contained content generated by AI, and 6.5 percent contained salary recommendations," it added.
The number of customers using the recruitment management system, eRecruiter, has also increased.
At the end of September 2025, 2,270 employers were actively using it, 9.5 percent more than a year earlier. Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) generated by eRecruiter increased to PLN 4.3 million (EUR 1 mln), i.e. by 9.8 percent year on year.
The Pracuj Group's revenue from the Ukrainian market in the third quarter of this year amounted to PLN 16.7 million (EUR 4 mln) (up 22.3 percent year on year), and cumulatively since the beginning of this year reached PLN 46.5 million (EUR 11 mln) (up 20.5 percent year on year).
"In the third quarter of this year, the number of applications on Robota.ua increased by 19 percent year on year, which is particularly important given the continuing shortage of candidates on the Ukrainian labour market. Effective marketing activities have allowed us to build the largest database of active CVs in Ukraine," the COO said.
"At the same time, Robota.ua also developed an e-commerce sales channel, enabling customers to purchase recruitment services online on their own. The expansion of the e-commerce channel and further automation of processes are key elements of the strategy to expand the reach and diversify the revenue of the website," said the COO.
The total number of recruitment projects published on Robota. ua website in the first nine months of 2025 reached 1,051,100, up 4.8 percent year on year, thanks to a larger number of projects published in the freemium model, serving, among other things, to support the government and non-governmental organisations during the intensification of Russia's military operations.
The number of paid recruitment projects amounted to 425,600, which represents a decrease of 3.9 percent compared to the same period in 2024.
At the same time, thanks to the introduction of new price lists at the beginning of this year, the average price of recruitment projects in hryvnias increased by 36.4 percent year on year in the period in question, and by 24.7 percent year on year when converted into zlotys.
Revenues from the German segment, the second largest market for the Pracuj Group in terms of results, amounted to PLN 45.6 million (EUR 10.8 mln) (up 5.4 percent year on year) in the third quarter of 2025, and cumulatively in the nine months of 2025, it reached PLN 135.3 million (EUR 32 mln) (up 1.5 percent year on year).
This mainly includes revenues from softgarden – a recruitment management system (Talent Acquisition Suite) that also offers a multiposting service, i.e. automated publication of job offers on multiple recruitment websites.
According to the CEO, the strategy of expanding market reach not only strengthens the group's resilience to economic cycles, but also builds future potential.
"A record-breaking customer base acts as a lever, accelerating growth when the market revives and recruitment activity increases. There are already some signs of economic recovery in Poland and Germany, but we still have to wait for confirmation," he said.
