Huuuge, Inc.Huuuge starts up to USD 120 mln buyback of 15.2 million shares with planned cancellation
Listed mobile free-to-play games developer Huuuge is starting a buyback of up to 15,237,864 shares for a maximum of USD 120 million, the company said in a market filing. The company announced in a statement that shareholders can submit offers from September 19 to October 18, 2025.
The invitations represent no more than 25.4 percent of the company’s share capital and entitle holders to exercise no more than 27.16 percent of the total voting rights at the general meeting.
The shares will be bought with the intention of cancellation, except for those deemed necessary by Huuuge to satisfy ongoing employee stock option programs.
The proposed gross purchase price per share will be USD 7.8751.
Amounts received by shareholders after the buyback settlement will be subject to applicable withholding taxes, including those imposed under the US Internal Revenue Code.
Ipopema Securities is the intermediary responsible for executing and settling the share buyback.
