Intercapital Property Development ADSIC with its registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria ("ICPD") announces hereby fixed dates for the submission of periodical reports in 2023:
The outstanding periodical (annual) report for the financial year 2022 executed in English will be published on 21.07.2023.
The outstanding periodical report for Q4 2022 executed in English will be published on 10.07.2023.
The outstanding periodical report for Q1 2023 executed in English will be published on 10.07.2023.
At the same time, ICPD would like to point out that the above outstanding periodical reports executed in Bulgarian have been published in a timely manner in accordance with the law of the home country, i.e. Bulgarian law, and are available via a link:

The periodical report for Q2 (H1) 2023 executed in English will be published on 30.07.2023.
The periodical report for Q3 2023 executed in English will be published on 30.10.2023.
