ING BSK lender to propose ca. 75 pct of 2024 standalone net profit as dividend

Listed lender ING BSK management board intends to recommend to the general meeting to allocate about 75 percent of the bank's standalone profit for 2024 for dividend payment, the bank said in a market filing.


The bank currently meets criteria and requirements of the Polish financial watchdog KNF, enabling the payment of dividends from the 2024 profit.

"Nevertheless, the bank has not yet received the KNF's individual dividend recommendation for 2025 confirming the possibility of paying such a dividend," the filing said.

The bank said that the amount of the proposed dividend considers both the current financial situation and its development plans.
