InPost has 25,000 parcel lockers in Poland
Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost Group has 25,000 parcel machines in Poland, InPost said in a press release.
"This year marks InPost's 25th anniversary, and we have just launched our 25,000th parcel machine in Poland. (...) Today we can boast the largest logistics network not only in Poland, but also in Europe," said InPost’s CEO Rafal Brzoska, quoted in the press release.
At the end of the third quarter of 2024, the InPost group recorded an increase in volumes, sales and profitability, and continues to expand its network of Paczkomat parcel machines - their number reached 43,812 devices, after a 33 percent year-on-year increase.
In the third quarter, the group handled 262 million parcels, up by 25 percent year on year, while revenues recorded a year-on-year jump by of 23 percent, reaching PLN 2.54 billion (EUR 596.1 mln).
At the end of the third quarter of 2024, the InPost Group had nearly 79,000 out-of-home points, including almost 44,000 parcel lockers and nearly 35,000 PUDO points in nine countries (UK, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands).
In the past 12 months, the group has installed a record number of machines - 10,000, increasing the number of devices by one third year on year.
