InPost logistics acquires Spanish courier and fulfilment service provider Sending
Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost has acquired Spanish courier and fulfilment service provider Sending, the group announced in a press release. It was noted that this move has increased InPost's presence in the Iberian Peninsula.
In addition, InPost will strengthen its presence in the Iberian Peninsula, which has one of the most dynamically developing e-commerce sectors in Europe. The acquisition will also increase the flexibility of services for customers by combining secure, fast and sustainable out-of-home deliveries with a reliable door-to-door service.
"The acquisition of Sending is a key element of the InPost Group's strategy. In addition, a comprehensive integration plan developed in cooperation with the founder of Sending is intended to ensure a smooth operational merger of the two companies," InPost said in the press release.
At the end of the second quarter of 2025, InPost had 3,000 parcel lockers and over 9,000 PUDO points in the Iberian Peninsula. The group plans to launch another 1,000 machines in the region by the end of this year.
