InPost logistics expects market dynamics in Q4 to significantly improve against Q2

Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost expects market dynamics in the fourth quarter of 2025 to be significantly better than in the second quarter, both in Poland and on foreign markets, CEO Rafal Brzoska told a press conference on group's financial results.

"In the fourth quarter, we see significantly better dynamics than in the second quarter, not only in Poland, but also in the eurozone and the UK," CRO Brzoska told the press conference.

In the third quarter, the InPost group expects volume growth of over 20 percent. In Poland, the company sees a definite improvement, with forecasts already showing high single-digit or low double-digit growth, this is, around 10 percent year on year. In foreign markets, this will amount to a total of around 70 percent growth.

CEO pointed out that market dynamics currently vary greatly in different areas.

"In Poland, the slowdown in the e-commerce market is very visible, and with it, a slowdown in customer transactions. Regardless of this, however, and regardless of the very aggressive competitive environment, we are managing to either maintain or improve our market share in individual segments. This shows how important brand strength and strengthening customer loyalty are," he said.

InPost's CEO also noted that this shows how quickly the group has imposed a pace of diversification on itself, moving from being a 'single client' in the context of its relationship with listed e-commerce platform Allegro to being 'non-marketplace diversified'.

"All diversification metrics show us that this strategy is working. In the independent store segment, we grew by as much as 17 percent year on year, which is three times faster than the Polish market. We must continue on this path, because such a strong focus on a single client is not healthy," he added.

In the second quarter of 2025, the Polish e-commerce market grew by 5 percent, and InPost estimates its volume growth at 6 percent during this period. In the eurozone, with the entire market growing by 5 percent, InPost grew by 10 percent.
