InPost is looking at acquisition possibilities
Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost is looking at acquisition possibilities, Rafal Brzoska, the company's CEO told a press conference for analysts.
"We are maintaining our interest and our search for acquisitions that would allow us to faster realise our strategy (...). We believe that we are currently in a good position in Europe to carry out M&A to support our growth," Brzoska said.
InPost Group acquired 30 percent shares and votes in Menzies Distribution Group Limited, a logistics company operating in Great Britain and Ireland, for GBP 49.3 million in July 2023. As part of the purchase, InPost also secured a 3-year option to purchase the remaining 70 percent of the company's shares.
Two years ago, InPost, in agreement with Otto Group, finalised the purchase of French firm Mondial Relay for EUR 513 million.
Brzoska said on Thursday that the group has not yet decided on a pricing policy for 2025, but he expects higher prices in the services prices in the next 3 years.
