InPost posts adjusted EBITDA of PLN 1.1 billion in Q4 2024, above consensus
Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost Group's adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2024 was PLN 1.1 billion (EUR 262.5 mln), the company said in a market filing. Analysts had expected adjusted EBITDA of PLN 1.05 billion (EUR 250.5 mln).
InPost Group reported a record year in terms of revenue. They grew by 23.5 percent year-on-year to PLN 10.9 billion (EUR 2.4 bln), and adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 3.6 billion (EUR 858.9 mln) after a 33.5 percent year-on-year increase.
The PAP Biznes consensus was for Inpost's 2024 revenue to reach PLN 10.9 billion (EUR 2.4 bln) and adjusted EBITDA to reach PLN 3.55 billion (EUR 847 ml).
"Our goal is to continuously grow the InPost Group in Europe, so we are focusing on expanding our logistics network. Last year we installed more than 11500 new parcel lockers. Thus, we increased the number of devices by a record 32 percent compared to 2023," CEO, Rafal Brzoska, said.
