JSW SA (88/2025) Informacja w sprawie zmian w składzie Zarządu JSW S.A.

Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["JSW", "Spółka"] informuje, że dnia 3 października 2025 roku Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę w sprawie odwołania ze składu Zarządu Spółki Pana Ryszarda Jantę [Janta] ze stanowiska Prezesa Zarządu JSW, XI kadencji. Powód odwołania nie został wskazany. Uchwała wchodzi w życie z chwilą jej podjęcia.

Jednocześnie Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę w sprawie powierzenia Panu Bogusławowi Oleksemu [Oleksy] pełnienia obowiązków Prezesa Zarządu od dnia 3 października 2025 roku do dnia powołania Prezesa Zarządu. Pan Bogusław Oleksy pozostaje również Zastępcą Prezesa Zarządu ds. Ekonomicznych.

Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt 5 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

on changes to the composition of the JSW S.A. Management Board

The

Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"]

announces that on 3 October 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board

adopted resolution regarding dismissing, effective today, Mr. Ryszard

Janta from the position of President of the Management Board, JSW, 11th

term of office. The reason for the dismissal was not indicated. The

resolution comes into force upon its adoption.

At

the same time the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to

entrust the performance of the duties of the President of the Management

Board to Mr. Bogusław Oleksy from 3 October 2025 until the date of

appointment of the President of the Management Board. Mr. Bogusław

Oleksy also remains the Vice-President of the Management Board for

Financial Matters.
