Podjęcie ww. uchwały nastąpiło na podstawie art. 397 Kodeksu spółek handlowych.

The
Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A., with reference to
Current Report No. 83/2025 of 23 September 2025, hereby reports that
today the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW KOKS S.A. adopted a
resolution on continuing the
operations
of JSW KOKS S.A. The aforementioned resolution was adopted pursuant to
Article 397 of the Commercial Company Code.
