Kety metals decides to earmark PLN 544.8 mln from 2024 profit for dividends

Listed metals group Kety's ordinary general meeting of shareholders has decided to earmark PLN 544.8 million (EUR 128.35 mln) from 2024 profit for the payment of dividends, Kety said in a market filing.


The dividend record date is August 20, while the dividend payment will be made in two tranches: on September 3, for an amount of PLN 163.9 million (EUR 38.6 mln) and on November 5, 2025, for an amount of PLN 380.9 million (EUR 89.74 mln).

The adopted resolution was previously proposed by a shareholder - Allianz Polska OFE.

Earlier, the management board of Kety had proposed to the general meeting a payment in the total amount of PLN 476.4 million (EUR 112.24 mln).

In 2024, the group's shareholders decided to allocate PLN 539.3 million (EUR 127.1 mln) from the profit generated in previous year to the payment of dividends, which translated into a dividend of PLN 55.41 (EUR 13.05) per share.
