Kety metals recommends payment of PLN 48.78 dividend per share for 2024

The management board of listed metals group Kety recommends the payment of a total dividend of PLN 476.4 million (EUR 113.9 mln), or PLN 48.78 (EUR 11.7) dividend per share for 2024, the company stated in a market filing.


The amount of PLN 227 million (EUR 58.3 mln) is recommended by the board to cover the actuarial loss related to the revaluation of post-employment benefits, and the amount of PLN 137.4 million (EUR 32.9 mln) to increase the capital reserve.

The proposed dividend date is August 20, while the dividend payment will be made in two tranches: September 3, 2025 for an amount of PLN 163.9 million (EUR 39.2 mln) (PLN 16.78 or EUR 4.01 per share) and November 5, 2025 for an amount of PLN 312.5 million (EUR 74.7 mln) (PLN 32 or EUR 7.65 per share).

In 2024, the Annual General Meeting of the Kety group decided to allocate PLN 539.3 million (EUR 129 mln), or PLN 55.41 (EUR 13.25) dividend per share, to dividends.
