KGHM POLSKA MIEDŹ SAKGHM copper to reverse PLN 1.32 bln write-off on Future 1, owner of 100 pct stake at KGHM International
Following the impairment testing in its standalone results for 2024, listed copper producer KGHM will reverse part of the PLN 1.323 billion (EUR 318.3 mln) write-off of the holding company Future 1, which directly owns 100 percent of KGHM International Ltd., the group said in a market filing.
In its consolidated 2024 report, KGHM will make a write-off of the following domestic subsidiaries' assets: INVEST PV 7 sp. z o.o. (PLN 11.9 million or EUR 2.9 mln), INVEST PV 40 sp. z o.o. (PLN 17.3 million or EUR 4.2 mln), INVEST PV 58 (PLN 22.5 million or EUR 5.4 mln), INVEST PV 59 (PLN 26.2 million or EUR 6.3 mln) and Pol-Miedz Trans Sp. z o.o. in the amount of PLN 180 million (EUR 43.3 mln).
KGHM stipulated that the values presented are estimates and are subject to change.
