Lindab ventilations signs agreement to acquire HVAC specialist Ventia in Poland
The leading ventilation company in Europe, Lindab has signed an agreement to acquire the ventilation specialist Ventia in Poland, the company wrote on its website. The acquisition complements Lindab's operations in the Polish market.
"The acquisition of Ventia significantly strengthens and complements our position in the important Polish ventilation market", says Ola Ringdahl, CEO of Lindab.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of Poland's antitrust and consumer protection regulator UOKiK.
Upon completion, Ventia will become a subsidiary of Lindab Poland.

Ventia is the leading distributor of HVAC products in Poland, based in Warsaw, with an operating margin in line with Lindab's.
Lindab develops and distributes energy-efficient ventilation systems, operating in 20 countries with sales of SEK 13,323 million (EUR 1.03 mln) in 2024.
