Lokum developer sells 31 units in Q1 2025 vs 70 year ago

Listed developer Lokum Deweloper sold 31 units in the first quarter of 2025 compared to 70 units a year ago, the company said in a market filing. The group recognised 14 units in the result for the period, compared to 138 units in the same period last year.


At the end of the first quarter, the group had 19 reservation agreements in place, which are waiting to be transformed into preliminary or development agreements.

It added that at the end of the first quarter, the group had a total of 385 units on the Wrocław and Kraków markets, while 740 units were under development.
