Lokum developer sells 35 flats in Q4 2024 versus 148 in Q4 2023

Listed real estate developer Lokum sold 35 residential units in the fourth quarter of 2024 against 148 units in the prior year period, the company said in a market filing. The group recognised 28 units as a result of the fourth quarter, down from 408 units a year earlier.


As stated, at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, the group had 20 reservation agreements in place waiting to be transformed into preliminary or development agreements.

At the end of 2024, the group's offer included a total of 365 units, while 740 units were under development.
