LPP fashion wants to have around 7,5k shops, Sinsay to account for 75 pct of profit by end-2027

Listed fashion group LPP plans the expansion of its stationary network to around 7,500 shops with an increase of Sinsay shop chain to around 6,000 by the end of 2027, the company said in its new strategy. The Sinsay brand is expected to account for 75 percent of LPP group's revenue by 2027.

"We assume that our group in three years will be twice as big in terms of revenue and EBITDA, and the number of shops will exceed 7,500. It seems like a big challenge, but we are prepared for it," LPP's CEO Marek Piechocki told a conference following the publication of group's annual report and new strategy until 2027.

A strong point of the strategy is to be the Sinsay brand.

"Sinsay operates at a low price level (...). It combines many elements (...). We want to grow on a very large scale, we can develop Sinsay in small towns," CEO Piechocki said.

"We see a big possibility of scalability of the business, we can open a lot and quickly. We assume that in 2027, we will have more than 6,000 Sinsay shops," he added.

The presentation displayed at the conference said that in 2027, LPP wants to have about 6,000 Sinsay shops in 27 countries, with revenues expected to grow to approximately PLN 30 billion (EUR 7.2 bln).
