Marcin Ciszewski to be appointed as deputy CEO of Alior Bank

Listed lender Alior Bank's supervisory board has dismissed Tomasz Miklas from the position of bank's deputy CEO and entrusted the deputy CEO Marcin Ciszewski with the position of deputy CEO overseeing the management of risks material to the bank's operations, the lender said in a market filing.


"The bank's supervisory board entrusted the bank's management board, acting collectively, with the responsibility of supervising the management of risk material to the bank's operations, until the consent of Poland's financial market regulator KNF to entrust Mr. Marcin Ciszewski with the function of the deputy CEO of the bank's management board supervising the management of risk material to the bank's operations," Alior said in the market filing.
