mBank expects total revenues to grow y/y and exceed PLN 12 bln

Listed lender mBank expects its total revenues in 2025 to exceed the level achieved in 2024 and exceed PLN 12 billion (EUR 2.8 bln), the bank said in a report.


Previously, the bank assumed that in 2025 its total revenues would exceed PLN 11 billion (EUR 2.57 bln), but would be slightly below the level achieved in 2024.

mBank assumes that the NBP base rate will fall to 4.5 percent in 2025.

In the first half of 2025, the bank's total revenues amounted to PLN 6.23 billion (EUR 1.46 bln).

The bank maintained that the legal risk costs associated with foreign currency loans will significantly impact its financial results for the last time in 2025, and that both the group's corporate loans and retail portfolio will grow at a faster pace than the market.
