Mennica Polska has non-revolving loan agreement for PLN 100 mln with BNP Paribas BP lender

Listed mint Mennica Polska has signed a non-revolving loan agreement with France-based BNP Paribas for PLN 100 million (EUR 23.4 mln) with the option of using it at the company's discretion, Mennica Polska said in a press release.


As announced, the interest rate on the loan will be based on the variable WIBOR 1M base rate plus the bank's margin.

It was added that the company has undertaken to repay the loan debt within the 18-month loan period from the date of conclusion of the agreement in decreasing principal and interest instalments (equal principal instalments), payable monthly.
