Millennium Bank's mortgage unit carries out PLN 500 mln mortgage bonds issue

The mortgage unit of listed lender Millennium, Millennium BH, carried out a second issue of mortgage bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 500 million (EUR 114.5 mln). The total demand reached almost PLN 800 million (EUR 183.2 mln), the bank said in a market filing.


The issue date of the mortgage bonds was November 5, 2024, and their maturity date is November 5, 2029. The instruments were priced through a book-building process at 80 basis points above WIBOR 3M.

The issue was addressed to institutional investors. Declarations of purchase of the offered mortgage bonds were made by 37 investors, and the total amount of the collected subscriptions was almost PLN 800 million (EUR 183.2 mln).

The mortgage bonds were issued under the mortgage bond issue programme.
